Kraft Heinz is looking for an HR & TA Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. You will support the recruitment of Young Talent and junior positions while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Wat ga je doen

• Coordinate recruitment process for Young Talent and junior positions
• Source and approach candidates through different channels
• Conduct initial screening conversations
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Support offer preparation, onboarding and first-day planning
• Support internal HR events and engagement activities

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and structured way of working
• Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
• Enrolment at a university for the internship period

Wat je krijgt

• €625 per month allowance
• Full reimbursement of travel expenses
• Hybrid working in Amsterdam
• 6 months internship
