Parfumado is looking for a Brand Partnership Lead to own the fragrance assortment and category strategy for Benelux and new European markets. You will curate niche and prestige brand portfolios, lead brand activations, and build strategic partnerships.

Own fragrance assortment and category strategy for Benelux
Curate and manage niche and prestige brand portfolio and partnerships
Set and steer KPIs such as assortment performance, forecasting, margins, sell-through, and campaign metrics
Optimize assortment based on data and performance
Lead brand activations and campaigns with Head of Brand, coach junior team members

Wat je meebrengt

8+ years in brand partnerships, category management, or commercial roles, ideally in fragrance or beauty
Strong existing network across brand houses and corporate partners
Strategic yet hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
Commercially sharp, comfortable with KPIs, data, and performance metrics
Natural relationship-builder and storyteller
Fluent in English, ideally also German; Dutch is a plus
