Metyis AG is looking for a Business Analysis Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will help clients achieve their business objectives by leading requirements elicitation and analyzing processes for optimization.

- Understand client business objectives and challenges
- Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews
- Analyze business processes for optimization and automation
- Document requirements, user stories, and process models
- Produce project artefacts like BRDs and functional specifications
- Bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams
Wat je meebrengt
- 3+ years in Business Analysis or related roles
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies
- Experience eliciting and documenting requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Ability to produce high-quality business documentation
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with Digital Transformation or related programmes
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data modelling
- Familiarity with BPMN or UML
- Exposure to Product Management or Agile Delivery
- Professional certifications like ECBA/CCBA or Agile
