Metyis AG is looking for a Business Analysis Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will help clients achieve their business objectives by leading requirements elicitation and analyzing processes for optimization.

What you will do

Understand client business objectives and challenges
Lead requirements elicitation through workshops and interviews
Analyze business processes for optimization and automation
Document requirements, user stories, and process models
Produce project artefacts like BRDs and functional specifications
Bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams

What you bring

3+ years in Business Analysis or related roles
Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders
Ability to produce high-quality business documentation

Nice to have

Experience with Digital Transformation or related programmes
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence
Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data modelling
Familiarity with BPMN or UML
Exposure to Product Management or Agile Delivery
Professional certifications like ECBA/CCBA or Agile
