Metyis AG is looking for a Strategy and Execution Principal to lead client engagements in Amsterdam. This role focuses on managing C-level relationships and delivering actionable insights through data-driven strategies.
Wat ga je doen
- Manage client interactions and build relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Supervise projects to develop pragmatic strategy and actionable insights
- Provide end-to-end project management and oversee workstreams
- Formulate data-enabled hypotheses and analyze client, competitor, and industry data
- Coach team members and support their personal development
- Participate in internal initiatives and capability development
Wat je meebrengt
- 8-11 years of consulting experience
- At least 3 years at project lead level managing client engagements and teams
- Strong management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and guide teams
- Strong analytical skills and high academic achievement
- Fluency in English and Dutch
