Adyen is looking for a Compliance Officer to drive growth programs in Amsterdam. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that translate scheme rules into automated workflows and support high-growth merchant use cases.

- Translate scheme rules into technical requirements and automated workflows
- Collaborate with teams to clear dependencies and align on launch readiness
- Design decision frameworks for high-growth merchant use cases
- Maintain program roadmaps, decision logs, and operational metrics
Wat je meebrengt
- Minimum 5 years experience in technical program management, payments, fintech, risk, or compliance
- Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, network rules, or merchant flows
- Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent organizational and structured planning skills

- Experience with launches involving compliance, product, legal, or partner considerations
- Exposure to merchant onboarding, payment methods, scheme rules, or financial partner programs
