What you will do

Lead cross-functional growth programs from definition through launch and optimization
Translate scheme rules into technical requirements and automated workflows
Collaborate with teams to clear dependencies and align on launch readiness
Design decision frameworks for high-growth merchant use cases
Maintain program roadmaps, decision logs, and operational metrics

What you bring

Minimum 5 years experience in technical program management, payments, fintech, risk, or compliance
Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, network rules, or merchant flows
Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
Excellent organizational and structured planning skills

Nice to have

Experience with launches involving compliance, product, legal, or partner considerations
Exposure to merchant onboarding, payment methods, scheme rules, or financial partner programs
