The July is looking for an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations for its hotel and restaurant in London. This role reports to the HR Director in Amsterdam and covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, development, and compliance with UK employment legislation.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, and development
• Handle absence management, wellbeing, engagement, training, payroll support, benefits, and employee records
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation
• Provide practical advice, coaching, and support to managers
• Report to HR Director in Amsterdam

• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and local labour market
