Hotel De L'Europe B.V. is looking for an Interim Restaurant Manager for Restaurant Flore in Amsterdam. You will lead the front-of-house team and serve as the main contact for the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and communication between the kitchen and floor.

Lead front-of-house team during service
Serve as main contact for Flore internally and externally
Manage guest enquiries for private dining and events
Onboard, train, and coach staff to Michelin standards
Ensure communication between kitchen and floor
Embed sustainability into daily operations

Wat je meebrengt

At least 4 years management experience in Michelin-starred environment
Available from October 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027
Passion for gastronomy, sustainability, and hospitality
Knowledge of wines and sustainable producers
Ability to perform under pressure with grace and calm
Strong communicator and team player with attention to detail

Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus
