Dash0 is seeking a Junior IT Administrator for the EMEA region to join their team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on managing the IT infrastructure and supporting the device lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.
Wat ga je doen
- Provision and de-provision accounts across SaaS stack
- Manage full device lifecycle: ordering, MDM enrollment, logistics, maintenance, recycling
- Enforce endpoint security policies
- Maintain audit-ready access records
- Execute end-to-end offboarding
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and hardware insurance
Wat je meebrengt
- 0–2 years experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or technical helpdesk
- Hands-on with device management tools and Google Workspace admin console
- Understanding of endpoint security concepts
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written English and coordination across time zones
- Ability to manage many concurrent tickets
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with MDM platform such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune
- Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 access review and audit processes
- Basic scripting skills for automation
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
