About the job

Dash0 is seeking a Junior IT Administrator for the EMEA region to join their team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on managing the IT infrastructure and supporting the device lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

What you will do

  • Provision and de-provision accounts across SaaS stack
  • Manage full device lifecycle: ordering, MDM enrollment, logistics, maintenance, recycling
  • Enforce endpoint security policies
  • Maintain audit-ready access records
  • Execute end-to-end offboarding
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and hardware insurance

What you bring

  • 0–2 years experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or technical helpdesk
  • Hands-on with device management tools and Google Workspace admin console
  • Understanding of endpoint security concepts
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written English and coordination across time zones
  • Ability to manage many concurrent tickets

Nice to have

  • Experience with MDM platform such as Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or Intune
  • Exposure to SOC 2 or ISO 27001 access review and audit processes
  • Basic scripting skills for automation
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
