Join Kraft Heinz as the global lead for management reporting and data foundations. You will own the reporting framework, define financial KPIs, and drive standards across the organization.

Own and govern the global management reporting framework
Define and maintain a global library of standardized financial KPIs
Develop and enforce global reporting policies and controls
Drive adoption of reporting standards across zones and functions
Collaborate with data and IT teams to embed standards in platforms
Lead cross-functional working groups and mentor team members

Wat je meebrengt

BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6+ years in finance, FP&A, or management reporting
Experience in global management reporting and KPI design
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment in matrixed organizations
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and finance platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
