Axon is looking for a Legal Commercial Counsel to support its EMEA sales teams with contract structuring, review, and negotiation. This role involves providing legal advice on transactional matters for public safety technology products and collaborating with attorneys and support staff.

- Support EMEA sales teams with contract structuring, review, and negotiation
- Provide legal advice on transactional matters for public safety technology products
- Supervise and review Contracts Managers' work
- Set and enforce acceptable risk levels through approvals and knowledge bank
- Lead and evolve team processes for legal contracting at scale
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff; travel up to 15%
Wat je meebrengt
- Minimum 5 years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
- Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate high volume of commercial contracts including SaaS, hardware, and services
- Knowledge of procurement laws and process in EMEA, primarily UK and EU
- Must be located on the east coast
- Experience negotiating framework agreements
- J.D. and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar or authorization to practice law in UK or EU
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience negotiating with US, State, Local governments and Federal
- Knowledge of government procurement laws
- Experience negotiating contracts with international government customers preferably Canada and LATAM
- Previous experience as a sales representative
