DEPT® is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. You will serve as the primary client contact and drive project success across tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

- Act as conversational partner on tactical, operational, and strategic levels
- Facilitate environment for team to excel and reach targets
- Evaluate team development and create personal growth plans
- Manage budgets
- Spot and convert opportunities into new projects
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years experience as Program Manager in digital agency
- Leadership experience and willingness to lead people
- Experience delivering complex online platforms within client IT landscape
- Experience managing third parties
- Understanding of technical solutions and ability to speak with Designers and Developers
- Experience working Agile/SCRUM and knowing when not to use it
