DEPT® is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. You will serve as the primary client contact and drive project success across tactical, operational, and strategic levels.

What you will do

Be first point of contact for clients
Act as conversational partner on tactical, operational, and strategic levels
Facilitate environment for team to excel and reach targets
Evaluate team development and create personal growth plans
Manage budgets
Spot and convert opportunities into new projects

What you bring

5+ years experience as Program Manager in digital agency
Leadership experience and willingness to lead people
Experience delivering complex online platforms within client IT landscape
Experience managing third parties
Understanding of technical solutions and ability to speak with Designers and Developers
Experience working Agile/SCRUM and knowing when not to use it
