Hotel De L'Europe B.V. in Amsterdam is looking for a Reservations Agent to handle booking inquiries and ensure a seamless guest experience. This role focuses on converting inquiries into bookings through upselling and cross-selling.

Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Process individual and group reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
Provide personalized information about rooms, restaurants, facilities, experiences, and promotions
Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to convert inquiries into bookings
Maintain accurate reservation details in PMS and communicate guest preferences
Collaborate with various departments for a seamless guest journey

Wat je meebrengt

Experience in reservations or guest-facing role in luxury hospitality
Strong guest service mindset and communication skills
Commercially aware with upselling and cross-selling ability
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English communication skills; Dutch preferred

Mooi meegenomen

Knowledge of luxury hospitality and guest trends
Experience with Opera or another PMS
Understanding of room types, pricing, packages, and promotions
Experience with The Leading Hotels of the World standards
