Leaseweb is looking for a Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will design and administer global compensation programs and collaborate with HR business partners. You will also manage career frameworks, incentive plans, and annual salary processes.

- Design and administer compensation programs globally
- Collaborate with HR business partners on compensation matters
- Develop career frameworks using local benchmarks
- Benchmark incentive plans and benefits
- Coordinate annual salary increases and bonus calculations
- Manage RSU plan and communicate with vendor and employees
Wat je meebrengt
- 5 years experience in similar position
- Experience with RSU and ESPP programs
- Knowledge of employment and tax law
- Compensation certifications
- Experience with Excel
- Good English communication skills
