What you will do

Design and administer compensation programs globally
Collaborate with HR business partners on compensation matters
Develop career frameworks using local benchmarks
Benchmark incentive plans and benefits
Coordinate annual salary increases and bonus calculations
Manage RSU plan and communicate with vendor and employees

What you bring

5 years experience in similar position
Experience with RSU and ESPP programs
Knowledge of employment and tax law
Compensation certifications
Experience with Excel
Good English communication skills
