Leaseweb is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the Bare Metal domain. You will define the strategic direction for the physical infrastructure portfolio and guide a team of Product Managers.

- Lead team of Product Managers
- Drive pricing, packaging, positioning, and product-led growth
- Optimize infrastructure costs and hardware ROI
- Build relationships with hardware and data center partners
- Champion seamless customer experience across infrastructure lifecycle

- 10+ years in Product Management with infrastructure exposure
- Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers
- Track record of driving product growth and measurable results
- Technical affinity with physical infrastructure
- Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder influence
- Analytical mindset comfortable with ambiguity
