ServiceNow is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner Manager to lead HR strategies across the Netherlands and Belgium. In this role, you will align HR initiatives with business goals for VPs and below, driving talent development and organizational effectiveness.

- Align HR strategies with business goals for VPs and below in Netherlands and Belgium
- Drive talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and change management
- Advise on employee relations, engagement, and culture, ensuring compliance with Dutch and Belgian labor laws
- Support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development with COEs
- Manage organizational changes such as restructures and integrations
- Use people analytics to drive decision-making and provide insights
Wat je meebrengt
- 12+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience in multinational or matrixed environment
- Experience in direct client support, management coaching, and team development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with HRIS systems like Workday and HR analytics tools
- Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and change management
- Fluent in English
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with Go-To-Market commercial sales teams
- Additional language beyond English
- Knowledge of labor law and HR practices in other countries beyond Netherlands and Belgium
- Experience working with Works Councils
