Adyen is looking for a Senior Security Program Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will manage PCI-DSS and PCI 3DS certifications and support security on regulatory requirements across various risk domains.

- Manage PCI-DSS and PCI 3DS certifications
- Support security on regulatory requirements across security risk domains
- Define standards and ensure frameworks withstand scrutiny
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational program designs
- Plan and write process documents and enablement materials
- Align roadmaps across enterprise risk, security, and technology
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years experience in security compliance or tech operations management
- Experience in security engineering or GRC roles with PCI-DSS and 3DS domain experience
- Proven experience as a first-line owner embedded in operational reality
- Ability to manage Incident Management, Change Management, and Business Continuity Management
- Strong written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Mooi meegenomen
- Working knowledge of DORA, PCI-DSS, PCI 3DS, ISO 27001, SOC 1 and 2
- Ability to write scripts or queries for reporting and data analysis
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
- Team player who enjoys collaborating
