Wakuli is looking for a part-time Store Manager to lead daily operations at one of its Amsterdam stores. You will be responsible for managing a team of baristas and a Team Lead, ensuring a consistent customer experience and high service standards.

• Manage daily operations of one Amsterdam store
• Lead and develop a team including a Team Lead and 6-8 baristas
• Coach and guide Team Leads with clarity and structure
• Hire, onboard, and develop new baristas and leads
• Conduct performance conversations and raise standards
• Ensure customer experience and consistency in service

Wat je meebrengt

• 3+ years leading teams in hospitality, retail, or operations
• Track record of coaching, holding accountable, and growing performance
• Strong operational instincts
• Sense of ownership, structure, and service quality
• Fluency in English
• Availability of 32 hours per week including at least one weekend day
