About the job
Wakuli is looking for a part-time Store Manager to lead daily operations at one of its Amsterdam stores. You will be responsible for managing a team of baristas and a Team Lead, ensuring a consistent customer experience and high service standards.
What you will do
- Manage daily operations of one Amsterdam store
- Lead and develop a team including a Team Lead and 6-8 baristas
- Coach and guide Team Leads with clarity and structure
- Hire, onboard, and develop new baristas and leads
- Conduct performance conversations and raise standards
- Ensure customer experience and consistency in service
What you bring
- 3+ years leading teams in hospitality, retail, or operations
- Track record of coaching, holding accountable, and growing performance
- Strong operational instincts
- Sense of ownership, structure, and service quality
- Fluency in English
- Availability of 32 hours per week including at least one weekend day
Nice to have
- Dutch language is a plus
