The Entourage Group is hiring a Chef de Partie Pastry for THE DUCHESS in Amsterdam. This role focuses on preparing mise-en-place and dishes with precision, while supporting the pastry sous chef as needed. You'll work onsite in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Prepare mise-en-place freshly and on time
Prepare dishes to correct recipe and quantity
Deputize for pastry sous chef when absent
Communicate anticipated shortages to sous chef or head chef
Study relevant subjects for future advancement
