THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is looking for a Shift Leader to join the team at THE BUTCHER in Amsterdam. You will build relationships with guests, work the grill, and supervise service while maintaining high standards. This role offers the chance to lead daily operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Work the grill as part of daily operations

Implement cost control procedures
Handle scheduling and conduct training

Wat je meebrengt

Minimum 1 year professional experience in desired position
Fluent speaking and writing in English
Strong management skills
Experience in the kitchen
Passionate about hospitality
Organized, excellent communicator, hands-on manager
