The Entourage Group is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple casual dining locations in the Netherlands. You will lead teams, improve service quality, and drive operational efficiencies.

Hire, train, and develop supervisors and staff
Monitor and improve food quality, speed of service, and customer experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and waste reduction
Manage inventory and vendor relationships

Wat je meebrengt

Proven experience as Operations Manager or similar in fast casual or quick-service restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and service standards
Hands-on problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Fluent in English
