THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is looking for a Shift Leader to join the team at THE BUTCHER in Amsterdam. You will build relationships with guests, work the grill, and supervise service while maintaining high standards. This role offers the chance to lead daily operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
What you will do
- Build relationships with guests and resolve complaints
- Work the grill as part of daily operations
- Supervise service to guests
- Maintain quality, hygiene, health and safety standards
- Implement cost control procedures
- Handle scheduling and conduct training
What you bring
- Minimum 1 year professional experience in desired position
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Strong management skills
- Experience in the kitchen
- Passionate about hospitality
- Organized, excellent communicator, hands-on manager
Nice to have
- HACCP food hygiene certificate
- SVH mentor diplomas
