I3d is seeking a Data Center Construction Lead to oversee the construction of a new facility in Capelle aan den IJssel. You will validate designs, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure the project meets high-performance standards for gaming and digital experiences.

- Validate design and approve drawings before construction
- Challenge assumptions for cost-effective and resilient solutions
- Validate cooling, power, redundancy, space, and structural requirements
- Coordinate site construction activities and stakeholder communication
- Monitor progress, quality, and site readiness
- Identify and escalate project risks and delays
Wat je meebrengt
- Led multiple data center construction projects, including at least one near 10,000 m²
- Strong knowledge of data center power and cooling infrastructure
- Led construction activities on site coordinating contractors and suppliers
- Manages competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluent in English
- Prior project experience in the Netherlands
Mooi meegenomen
- Hands-on experience with direct-to-chip cooling, CDUs, and rear-door heat exchangers
- Experience supporting large-scale compute deployments
- Experience in live, mission-critical environments
- Knowledge of MOPs, infrastructure change management, and operational readiness
