Quantware is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team in Delft. In this role, you will lead equipment qualification and process transfer activities, bridging the gap between R&D and high-volume manufacturing. You will work in a hybrid setup, combining cleanroom work with flexible office hours.
Wat ga je doen
- Lead or co-lead Site Acceptance Testing for incoming process tools
- Create SAT criteria and negotiate test conditions
- Execute qualification wafer runs and generate SAT reports
- Manage tool installation timelines
- Coordinate vendor support during tool bring-up
- Own end-to-end transfer of process modules from R&D to kilofab
Wat je meebrengt
- MSc or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5-7 years of hands-on cleanroom process engineering experience in semiconductor fab or advanced materials fabrication
- Experience with at least two core process modules (PVD, CVD, ALD, dry/wet etching, evaporation, dicing, track or laser/e-beam writing)
- Experience executing or supporting equipment qualification or SAT activities
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, Python/R for DOE and SPC analysis)
- Ability to work in Class 100/ISO 5 cleanroom environment
