Robin Radar is looking for a Legal Counsel Contracting to join their team in Den Haag. In this role, you will handle a wide range of commercial contracts and provide legal advice to support the company's high-tech operations.

Wat ga je doen

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners
Design and refine standard templates, negotiation playbooks, and governance processes
Provide advice on contract risk, liability, IP, and warranties
Help internal teams resolve performance issues or disputes
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline workflows

Wat je meebrengt

Master's degree in law (LL.M. or equivalent)
5+ years of commercial contracting experience, preferably in high-tech
Strong expertise in international contract law and cross-border contracting
Experience working inside a corporate legal team
Excellent negotiation skills and drafting ability in English
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and collaborative mindset

Mooi meegenomen

Proficiency in Dutch, French, or German
Experience with software licensing (inbound and outbound)
