Robin Radar is seeking a Manager Customer Success for its C-UAS division in Den Haag. You will lead a team dedicated to ensuring service excellence and driving customer satisfaction.

- Lead and develop a customer success team
- Ensure service excellence and manage escalations
- Gather customer insights for product improvements
- Align service strategies with sales and commercial goals
- Oversee customer training curriculum delivery
Wat je meebrengt
- BA or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or technical field
- 6+ years in customer-facing roles in industrial or technology sector
- 3+ years leading customer services or support teams
- Understanding of product lifecycle and contract management
- Familiarity with export controls or defence security clearance
- Proficiency with Jira and CRM systems
