As a CNC Miller at NTS in Eindhoven, you will independently set up, operate, and optimize 5-axis CNC milling machines. You take full ownership of your production cell, including robot loading and ensuring 24/7 output, while maintaining micron-level precision.

Independently set up, operate, and optimize 5-axis CNC milling machines
Responsible for own production cell including robot loading and 24/7 output
Perform tool changes, offsets, and process corrections for maximum accuracy
Inspect and measure products to tolerances down to micron level
Identify deviations and actively contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement

Wat je meebrengt

Completed MBO education in Machining or Metal Technology
At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller with demonstrable 5-axis milling experience
Experience in a high-tech production environment with high precision requirements
Ability to read technical drawings and independently measure with standard measuring tools
Proactive, quality-conscious, and takes ownership of machine and production process
Fluent in Dutch
