NTS in Eindhoven is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Board. In this role, you manage complex agendas, coordinate international travel, and act as the first point of contact for stakeholders. You work in a dynamic, high-tech environment where discretion and organizational skills are key.

Wat ga je doen

  • Complex agenda management and coordinating appointments across time zones
  • First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gatekeeper and sparring partner for the Board
  • Actively supporting projects and monitoring progress, priorities, and deadlines
  • Organizing international trips, meetings, and events
  • Supporting legal processes such as NDA management and contract processing

Wat je meebrengt

  • HBO level of education, preferably in Legal Services or Executive Support
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a dynamic, preferably high-tech environment
  • Strong affinity with legal issues and understanding of legal terminology
  • Discreet, decisive, accurate, strong organisational and environmental sensitivity
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office 365, preferably experience with AI tools like Copilot
