About the job

As a CNC Miller at NTS in Eindhoven, you will independently set up, operate, and optimize 5-axis CNC milling machines. You take full ownership of your production cell, including robot loading and ensuring 24/7 output, while maintaining micron-level precision.

What you will do

  • Independently set up, operate, and optimize 5-axis CNC milling machines
  • Responsible for own production cell including robot loading and 24/7 output
  • Perform tool changes, offsets, and process corrections for maximum accuracy
  • Inspect and measure products to tolerances down to micron level
  • Identify deviations and actively contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement

What you bring

  • Completed MBO education in Machining or Metal Technology
  • At least 3 years of experience as a CNC Miller with demonstrable 5-axis milling experience
  • Experience in a high-tech production environment with high precision requirements
  • Ability to read technical drawings and independently measure with standard measuring tools
  • Proactive, quality-conscious, and takes ownership of machine and production process
  • Fluent in Dutch

Nice to have

  • Experience with Heidenhain control
