Join Opple Lighting BV at their European headquarters in Eindhoven as a German-speaking Customer Service Officer. You will be the key contact for customers and sales teams, ensuring smooth order processing and high satisfaction.
Wat ga je doen
- Be the go-to person for customers and salespeople
- Process and manage orders in SAP from entry to invoicing
- Keep master data, customer, pricing, and product accurate
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport partners to track and deliver orders on time
- Keep customers and sales teams informed
- Fix issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Wat je meebrengt
- At least 2 years in customer service, order management, or similar
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP is a big plus)
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Organized, detail-focused, and good at juggling priorities
- Problem-solver mindset, analytical with a bias for action
- Fluent in English and German
