Axelera is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Eindhoven. You will take ownership of the monthly and annual close process across multiple jurisdictions and maintain the internal financial control framework. This role is ideal for someone with a Big 4 audit background and experience in a fast-growing multi-country scale-up.

- Own monthly and annual close process across multiple jurisdictions
- Operate and maintain internal financial control framework
- Take ownership of financial compliance
- Act as senior escalation point for finance team
- Support external auditors and year-end audit
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting
Wat je meebrengt
- Big 4 audit background or equivalent experience
- Experience in fast-growing multi-country scale-up
- Hands-on NetSuite experience
- Strong IFRS technical knowledge
- Knowledge of internal control frameworks
- Based in Netherlands with willingness to travel to Eindhoven 1-2 days per week
