Axelera is seeking a VP of People to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you will own people engagement metrics and drive action from results. You will manage the performance management cycle and oversee learning and development.

- Significant senior HRBP experience in fast-paced tech scaleup
- Experience building employee culture and engagement programs
- Experience with organizational design and workforce planning
- Experience connecting in-office and remote teams
- Knowledge of European labor law is a significant advantage
- Fluency in English required
