About the job
NORIT Activated Carbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking Commercial Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in Amersfoort. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support the sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.
What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Generate leads and coordinate with Sales Managers
- Manage revenue forecasting for assigned accounts
- Handle tender and RFQ processes from lead to quotation
- Support sales team with RFP review, pricing, and contract terms
- Process orders end-to-end and resolve issues
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or customer service
- Strong understanding of commercial process from order to payment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in CRM and ERP systems
Nice to have
- Experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Knowledge of German, Italian, Dutch, or French
