About the job
Therapieland is looking for a medior Agentic Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. You will work across the full stack, build with AI, and own quality from discovery to production. The role is hybrid with 50% office time.
What you will do
- Deliver outcomes with team from discovery to measured production
- Build with AI and improve team's agentic tooling
- Own quality from start with acceptance criteria and verification
- Run built systems and fix issues
- Work across stack with depth in one area
- Make decisions and help others decide
What you bring
- At least three years as software engineer with production work in three stack layers
- Higher professional education in software-related field
- AI-native way of working with agentic tooling daily
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Collaboration and feedback skills
- Clear communication in English; Dutch is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience building agentic workflows, skills, harnesses or evals
- Google Cloud (Cloud Run) and Terraform
- Native mobile or Vuetify design system
- Test automation
- Experience in healthcare or regulated domain
