Kraft Heinz is looking for a Benefits Intern to support the rollout of the Benefits Portal in the Netherlands. You will help develop the employee communications calendar and maintain an overview of benefits across Europe. This internship offers a monthly allowance of €625 and full travel reimbursement.

What you will do

Develop employee communications calendar for the Netherlands
Support rollout of Benefits Portal in the Netherlands
Update and maintain Benefits Portal sites
Review and update policy documents
Maintain overview of benefits in Europe
Support annual benefit survey and benchmarking

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in HR, Compensation, or Rewards
Proficiency in Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Experience with SharePoint and PowerPoint
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Curious and proactive problem-solving approach
EU working rights or studying in the Netherlands
