Sia is looking for a Business Architect to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will design and document business process architecture while bridging business, IT, data, and product domains.
What you will do
- Drafting business process architecture and documenting it in a process repository
- Acting as a bridge between business, IT, data, and product architectures
- Translating strategic objectives into tactical frameworks and solution directions
- Aligning project portfolio with business goals and managing dependencies
- Collaborating with stakeholders to document business needs and design technical solutions
- Establishing governance with other architects and managing process designers
What you bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of BPMN, process architecture, and process design tooling
- Experience in complex, dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Both business and technical background
- Fluent in Dutch and English
