In this role, you will build partnerships with universities, manage recruitment for intern and graduate programmes, and support HR processes. What you will do

Build partnerships with universities and student societies
Deliver recruitment process for intern and graduate programmes
Review and improve recruitment processes using data and feedback
Plan campus events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
Track recruitment metrics and pipeline performance
Own visa process and onboarding logistics for Amsterdam office

What you bring

Expertise in recruiting early careers talent
Exposure to HR responsibilities or interest in developing HR experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and project management skills
Data-driven approach using insights and metrics
Thorough knowledge of Netherlands talent market

Nice to have
