About the job
10xteam is looking for a senior change consultant to train AI on organizational change. In this freelance role, you will review and refine AI-generated content, ensuring it is practical and compliant.
What you will do
- Review and refine AI-generated content on organizational change
- Assess AI outputs for practical relevance and compliance
- Develop realistic turnaround and change scenarios
- Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives
- Identify missing elements or flawed reasoning in AI content
What you bring
- Senior-level turnaround or change consultant
- Substantial experience in EU or UK
- Demonstrated success advising on change strategies
- Skilled in evaluating organizational processes
- Independent and able to provide structured feedback
- Available 8–20 hours per week
