Reach out to decision-makers and present the proposition
Build client relationships and uncover hiring needs
Spot opportunities across various domains
Convert opportunities into freelance assignments
Collaborate with the network to match clients and freelancers

What you bring

Proven European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting, or freelance solutions
Network of companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers or contractors
Ability to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations
Commercial, entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable working independently on commission-only basis
