- Investigate claim information and make fair, evidence-based decisions

- Handle claims efficiently according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues for a good customer experience

- Fluent Dutch language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and listening skills

- Good eye for detail and problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with multiple systems
