Kraft Heinz is looking for a Commercial Finance Associate Manager to take ownership of a cluster's P&L and drive profitable growth across more than 25 European countries. In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team and lead financial strategy for trade investments and pricing.
What you will do
- Own the cluster's P&L and deliver annual sales targets
- Lead forecast cycle and challenge assumptions
- Manage trade investments and assess ROI
- Provide insights on price, pack, and architecture for profitable growth
- Partner with sales team across 25+ European countries
- Lead negotiations with hard discounters and support pan-European tenders
What you bring
- 5-7+ years of experience in finance or category
- Strong leadership and self-starting skills
- Financial competence with P&L ownership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships
- Passionate about growth and solutions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills in agile environment
