Flow Traders is seeking a Compliance Officer specialized in Digital Assets to join their team in Amsterdam. You will analyze digital asset regulations, support product launches, and act as the primary compliance contact for trading teams. This role involves engaging with regulators and developing policies for digital asset trading.

What you will do

Analyze digital assets regulations and translate into business requirements
Act as primary compliance contact for digital assets trading teams
Support product launches and market expansions
Engage with regulators and market infrastructure providers
Respond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate audits
Develop and maintain policies and controls for digital asset trading

What you bring

University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field
At least 5 years of compliance or regulatory advisory experience in financial markets with digital assets focus
Knowledge of MiCAR, MiFID II, and digital assets regulatory developments
Experience designing regulatory frameworks in complex environments
Ability to advise trading teams and work with Legal and control functions
Understanding of financial markets, digital asset products, and trading strategies
