About the job

Flow Traders, a leading global trading firm, is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join its Amsterdam office. In this hybrid role, you will ensure seamless IT operations for the trading floor and office environments.

What you will do

Manage end-user tickets from logging to resolution
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, applications, and office devices
Set up and configure workstations and meeting room equipment
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
Support trading floor operations and incident response
Monitor Windows systems and maintain asset inventory

What you bring

2-5 years in similar role or strong internships
Solid Windows and Microsoft fundamentals
Strong problem-solving and customer focus
Basic networking knowledge or willingness to learn
Self-motivated and proactive
Proficiency in English

Nice to have

Azure, Intune, or other cloud experience
Exposure to Linux and networking
Mobile Device Management experience
Interest in infrastructure domains
