War Child Alliance foundation is looking for a Mercer Evaluation Consultant to support the development of a global job architecture and career framework. This consultancy role, based in Amsterdam, focuses on reviewing, updating, and evaluating job profiles to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.

What you will do

Review, update, and create job descriptions
Evaluate job profiles using Mercer IPE methodology
Support development of global job architecture and career frameworks
Provide advisory on grading consistency and role differentiation
Produce evaluation summaries and grading rationales
Maintain consolidated job description register

What you bring

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR, employment relations, organizational psychology, or related field
Significant experience in global job architecture and grading frameworks
Experience evaluating specialist, managerial, and leadership roles
Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce structures
Experience in international NGOs, humanitarian, development, or complex matrix organizations
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Proven expertise in Mercer IPE
Experience in international NGOs or multi-country organizations
Knowledge of Mercer IPE
Additional languages such as Arabic, Dari, French, Spanish, or Ukrainian
