Sia, an international consultancy, is looking for a Consultant in Insurance and Digital Insurance to join their Amsterdam office. In this hybrid role, you will work on project assignments for clients in the insurance sector, contributing to data-driven solutions and digital transformation. You will quickly take on team support roles and help build knowledge within the business units.

What you will do

  • Execute project assignments such as data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications
  • Take up team support roles as quickly as possible
  • Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within business units

What you bring

  • Completed Master's Degree
  • Passion and affinity with the insurance sector
  • Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
  • Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems
  • Team player with ability to work independently and share thoughts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong interest in data and AI topics

Nice to have

  • Some experience in insurance is welcome but not required for junior level
